What Tasha doesn’t know about colour isn’t worth knowing. As part of an illustrious career Tasha not only has a degree in colour, she has gained the highest levels of recognition within in the industry reaching the heights of multiple British Colourist of the year nominations and winning the illustrious Loreal Colour Trophy so it’s safe to say she knows what she is doing.
Starting her career working with her successful family business alongside her mother and brother her journey was swift and led to her taking over her family salon at the young age of 18 where she remained until she was 21 where she moved to London.
In London Tasha’s technical and business knowledge expanded greatly working alongside award winning hairdressers Anita cox and Thomas McMillan and brother Jamie Stevens. During this time Tasha built an impressive repertoire in running businesses and successfully became a finalist for manager of the year.
After working in her first London salon, she joined her brother Jamie and oversaw the running of multiple salons in multiple locations whilst managing an ever growing column.
Tasha’s recognition has seen her work in many different sides of the industry outside of the salon, regularly working on shows and shoots. London fashion week, magazine campaigns and tv shows including Lorraine, This Morning and X Factor.
This work partnered with her wealth of knowledge and experience has garnered Tasha a reputation that has seen her work with a number of celebrities and royalty throughout her career where her exacting standards have produced some iconic looks over the years.
